My name is Andrew, I am a Recruitment Officer for the Army, previous a Police Officer for 6yrs in Newcastle, but due to an injury at work i have been off for nearly 4 years, lots of daytime TV...
I was introduced to Airsoft by one of my friends, yes i do have some, i found it to be fantastic, better than paintball, doesnt hurt as much and as real as it gets, as i know. then i decided to start this small(at the time) business, helping Airsofters find equiptment that they can afford, much more interesting than daytime TV.

Important Information

As many of you will no doubt know, the laws regarding the sale of Airsoft Replicas & Guns are changing and these changes will take place from October the 1st 2007. Put simply from this date, anyone under the age of 18 will be unable to purchase an Airsoft replica as it will be a criminal offence for any retailer to sell you one and unfortunately for younger players, Uk and Import, this includes Airsoft skirmishers. If you are 18 or over, you can only purchase an Airsoft replica if you can prove you are an Airsoft skirmisher. This can be done by taking out membership with a registered Airsoft skirmish site which holds third-party liability insurance. To make sure Airsoft sales can continue as normal for those players who are registered, the UKARA have setup a player database, so that once you have membership with a registered Airsoft skirmish site, your details can be checked easily by retailers to ensure you are entitled to purchase.
Please note that these changes do not affect any other non-replica products, so the sale of magazines, accessories, parts and consumables will continue as normal.

Returns Policy on any new AEG's GBB's Springers and or accessories
In the unlikely event that your new Airsoft replica or accessory purchased form the Andys Airsoft is faulty then please contact immediately (sales@andysairsoft.co.uk) to discuss your problem. At our discression, a replacement product will be dispatched to you, although this WILL NOT happen until the originally purchased goods are returned and are confirmed to be faulty by our engineers.
No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by neglegence, carelessness or misuse.
Any goods returned that have no fault as confirmed by our engineers will be subject to a re-stocking charge (WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A RE-STOCKING FEE AT 15% OF THE INVOICE VALUE FOR GOODS RETURNED). *Note: Incorrect delivery instructions are not a reason for goods to be returned, re-delivery or stock returns will be charged.
Any items returned under our 30-day money back guarantee must be "AS NEW",un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary packet of BB's.

PLEASE OBSERVE ANY ADVICE GIVEN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE CONCERNING BATTERY TYPES AND POWER AS USING AN INCORRECT BATTERY IN YOUR NEW AEG WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.
How do I get my Andys Airsoft product repaired under its warranty?:
If a product proves faulty within one year from the date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect you should contact Andys Airsoft immediately. Andys Airsoft will then identify the problem and if necessary have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour subject to the following conditions:

Conditions of the Warranty:
Original receipt required as proof of purchase. No products will be worked on under these terms without original proof of purchase.

Exclusions sas
The Andys Airsoft warranty does not include any the following:

Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to Andys Airsoft for repair.
Any breakages as a result of accidental/neglegent damage.
Any routine maintenance required
Any faults arising from misuse
Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by Andys Airsoft
Any upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by Andys Airsoft engineers
Any faults arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's (Staff can provide full details of approved BB makes)
If a GBB / Springer / product is being covered under our warranty then our warranty will be void if the item has been used with anything other than HFC 134A Gas.
Your Andys Airsoft warranty is also invalidated if:
The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format (unless carried out by our engineers)
Any repairs or maintenance to the item(s) have been carried out by any non Andys airsoft personnel
Our tamperproof safeguards are damaged or have been removed in any way.
A fault has arisen from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's
You use any gas other than 134A in Marui GBB's.
Andys Airsoft may change the terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time.
English law governs these conditions of use and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
